Reflexology is a form of bodywork, that dates back to ancient Egypt and China, which involves applying pressure to the feet  and the face to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body. Applying pressure to certain areas said to remove energy blockages and promote health in the related body area plus it stimulates the release of endorphins to reduce pain and stress.
